Examination Options
Web-based On-line exam
with a Local Exam Supervisor

Mountainview will arrange a web-based exam for the Student at
any location in the world

The
Student must have a computer that supports a web-browser, i.e.
Firefox or Internet Explorer
-
The
Student must appoint a local person to act as a Exam Supervisor to administer the exam - the
Supervisor must not have a conflict of interest, i.e. cannot be
a relative but can be a business professional
-
The
Exam Supervisor must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and
agree to the terms and conditions to ensure security
-
The
Supervisor must follow the instructions and provide the student
with their login name and password for the exam at a
time and date of their choice

The
Exam Supervisor must start the exam and follows the rules
described in the EI instructions, i.e. closed book
-
The
web-based exam will terminate automatically and display the
Student's mark immediately in their browser

If the
Student passes then the Student will be sent a
certificate and pin via ground mail

Paper
exam in PDF format emailed to a Local Exam Supervisor

Mountainview will arrange a paper exam for the Student at
any location in the world

The
Student must appoint a local person to act as a Exam Supervisor to administer the exam - the
Supervisor must not have a conflict of interest, i.e. cannot be
a relative but can be a business professional

The
Exam Supervisor must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and

will email the Exam Supervisor the PDF version of the exams and
must print it locally

The
Supervisor must follow the instructions and provide the student
with the paper exam at a

Exam Supervisor will terminate the exam according to the

the exam the Exam Supervisor must collect all of the papers, put
them into an envelope and courier it back to the EI
