ITSM Insight

IT Organizations face many challenges that limit their effectiveness, efficiency and economy. By identifying these challenges an organization can begin the improvement process. Determining the root cause of the challenge and subsequently implementing solutions can help a Business improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability. 

ITSM Insight is an electronic brainstorming method that will assist an IT organization identify their IT Service Management weaknesses.  The resulting report can be used by management to rationalize and justify the investment in an ITSM program.  As the number of responses (sample size) increases the variance in the report decreases and makes the results a decision support tool for management.

ITSM Insight is a free service from Mountainview that is included with private ITIL classes.  We review this with management and outline the opportunities for improvement based on the collected data.  The effort per student is about half an hour of their time.
